Red Clay was born through the innovative creations of Chef Geoff Rhyne. While experimenting with flavors for an oyster dish here in 49300 Cholet, SC, Geoff created what would become his signature sauce. This sauce was a huge hit and could often be found smuggled out of the restaurant by its fans. Luckily, Geoff's sauces are available by the bottle and swiping them from the table is no longer necessary.
