I can’t adequately express how much I love this top!! It’s comfortable and flattering. It also seems to wash well! I’ve already ordered more colors! I do wish their color variety was a bit broader, though.
My new favorite shirt! I’ll be wearing this all fall. It’s super soft and I love the light green color.
Hey Elizabeth! That Shade Hoody will be perfect for the change of seasons. Let us know if there's anything we can do for ya in the future :)
I love this shirt! I have three of them now. I like it much better than the other women’s hoody from Free Fly, I think it’s called the weekender? Or lightweight hoody? Anyway, I like the weight of this hoody better as well as the design of the cuffs. The material is so soft and comfortable, I feel like I’m fishing in my favorite pajamas. The drape of the material is very flattering. It stays fresh for a lot of wears and doesn’t get as stinky as something synthetic like the Patagonia sun hoody. However, I would also say that compared to the Patagonia sun hoody, the bamboo isn’t quite as quick dry.
I’ve been looking for something to wear to protect me from the sun while paddle boarding in the hot Florida summer. I love this fabric vs a polyester fishing shirt fabric that doesn’t allow you to “breathe”. The fit of the small is perfect on me. 5’4”, 127 #
I bought this top right before a trip to the Seattle area, and wore it everywhere - hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing. Kept me cool in the sun, warm in the shade, and the fabric dried quickly when the sleeves got wet. Fantastic top - will 100% be buying more!
I love the butter yellow color. It is, as they all are so very soft. I am embarrassed to say that this hoody makes me the proud owner of 12 FF shirts. I was recently dx with skin cancer, I farm, so staying protected and cool is very important to me in humid Alabama.
I have really sensitive skin and a variety of skin issues that make wearing almost any and all sunscreen impossible, so these sun shirts are a true lifesaver! I love to hike, kayak, garden, and do lots of other activities outdoors and these are perfectly breathable and comfy, even on the hottest days! I did recently purchase one of the "Weekended" sun shirts and the fit and spandex in the Shade hoody really does make it a superior option in my mind! Would LOVE to see more colors next season. "Nudge-nudge!"
Super comfortable and I love knowing that my skin is protected!
Amazingly soft and comfortable top. A little clingy so I ended up getting a size larger than usual.
I love this hoodie, it’s soft and a beautiful muted bluish-sage. It helps with temperature regulation and UV protection while paddling and at the beach; it’s not a performance piece that wicks, and doesn’t dry as fast as some other articles of clothing that I have for mtb/climbing/hiking etc. The hoodie has its niche, though, in low-impact, warm to cool weather activities. I’m looking forward to purchasing another for myself and for my kids!
